AI Transformation Playbooks
A series of consulting-style articles exploring how organizations can design, implement, and govern AI systems across different contexts.
These playbooks combine strategic thinking with practical frameworks, covering key dimensions of AI transformation including data strategy, machine learning lifecycle, governance, and organizational impact.
Each piece focuses on a distinct perspective:
Telecom — transitioning from reactive operations to predictive intelligence
Banking — governing AI systems through risk, control, and accountability frameworks
Agentic AI — moving from model-centric approaches to autonomous, decision-making systems
The objective of this series is to translate complex AI concepts into structured, actionable approaches that can support real-world transformation initiatives.

AI Foresight Copilot – Scenario Planning Tool for Strategic Decision-Making
AI Foresight Copilot is an experimental decision-support tool designed to demonstrate how generative AI can augment strategic foresight and scenario planning processes.
The tool allows users to submit a strategic decision question related to their industry and a future time horizon. Using a structured foresight pipeline, the system identifies emerging trends, constructs plausible future scenarios, and generates strategic recommendations.
The project explores how AI agents and automation workflows can support organizations in navigating uncertainty and developing forward-looking strategies.
The system integrates automation tools, generative AI models, and simple user interfaces to create an accessible foresight capability typically used in strategy consulting and innovation teams.

The Future of European Consulting (2035): Strategic Scenarios for AI, Regulation, and Platform Power
I developed this foresight report to analyze how artificial intelligence, EU regulatory trajectories, and hyperscaler platform dominance could reshape the consulting industry in Europe over the next decade. Using horizon scanning and a 2×2 scenario matrix based on two critical uncertainties — AI governance and platform concentration — the study explores how business models, value capture, talent structures, and competitive positioning may evolve across alternative futures. The report concludes with strategic pathways to help consulting firms build resilience and secure advantage in a structurally transformed advisory market.

Fun Friend Finder (FFF): Award-Winning Activity-Based Social Platform
I co-created Fun Friend Finder (FFF), an activity-based social platform designed to connect people through shared experiences rather than passive online interaction, helping users find companions for plans ranging from everyday activities to new adventures. As part of the founding team, I contributed to the concept development, value proposition, and strategic direction of the project. The startup won 1st place at Startup Weekend, and subsequently participated in the INEO Start program, the Coimbra Invest Summit, and the Build Up Labs program, where the concept was further refined with mentors and investors.
